Just like to say a big THANK YOU to Tony, Steve, Julie and the gang.  I was really worried about the mess that having a dividing wall knocked down would make, but I’d like to say that lasted for one day .  When I returned from work that first day I could not believe how clean and tidy everywhere was. The guys were so helpful and polite and Julie, bless her, rang every evening to make sure everything was ok.  They have been back and rectified a couple of things (not down to them I might add) with no fuss. I would not hesitate to recommend TLC and have been singing their praises ever since. Paul misses winding Tony up. Thanks again guys.

I was not looking forward to the five day period of installation, but I think due to your company’s planning and organisation, pleasant and courteous staff, the experience made for the minimum of disruption.

The TLC installation team dealt with any minor issues that arose using their initiative and with a ‘can-do’ attitude and did an extremely professional job. Tim and Paul were brilliant workers and Alan did a great job of the tiling. We would readily recommend to our friends and family.

We have been extremely impressed with the installation of our new bathroom and ensuite by TLC. Although being slightly nervous about having two rooms renovated in a week, we were immediately put at ease by Steve and the team who were always prompt, very helpful and accommodating.

It was a pleasure having the team work on the rooms, who were always very polite and consulted on any important decisions whilst also managing every last detail and being sure to minimise any disruption to us. Every member of the team was knowledgeable about the job and were able to update us on progress. It was also very reassuring to receive updates from Steve at critical points during the installation so that our minds could be set at rest. We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom and ensuite which are exactly what we envisaged from the outset. It is also very reassuring to know that TLC will provide ongoing support should we have any questions.

I’m so very proud of my new shower room, the work has completely transformed my bathroom and has given the appearance of real space which I haven’t had before. It was unfortunate that the tiles we had selected were not the most straight forward to work with and the issues with the wax coating caused additional work and time on your part which you carried out with good humour.
